Vegetarian Man Exercise Routine Prerequisites - Eat Vegetarian

In the preliminary edition of Vegetarian Man's Exercise Routine, I'll install all the knowledge you'll need to start getting the superhero body. The first thing you need to embark on this journey is to already eat vegetarian.

Your goals:
(1) Lose weight
(2) Get your body fat percentage down and get that elusive six pack
(3) Get in great cardiovascular shape

The most important part of living the Vegetarian Man lifestyle is YOUR DIET!!!! Just because you eat vegetarian does not mean you eat healthy. I have run across many vegetarians that fill their diets with processed junk foods and sugar. Since you are vegetarian you are still better off than the average person. So let's try to CLEAN UP THAT DIET. I've outlined some simple rules below.

Your Diet Rules:

(1) First and foremost try to MINIMIZE THE PROCESSED CARBS. This includes white bread, crackers, donuts, chips, and pretzels. It MUST BE WHOLE WHEAT and NOT HAVE INGREDIENTS THAT LOOK CHEMICAL IN NAME.

(2) MINIMIZE THE FRIED FOODS. This includes chips, donuts, and falafel. Fried foods are typically high in unwanted fats. Furthermore most people eat these foods late in the day...which brings us to our next rule.

(3)ONLY EAT LIGHT FOODS AFTER 7:30 PM. Light foods include fruit, vegetables, nuts, beans, water, and hemp milk.

(4)EAT A HIGH VARIETY OF VEGETABLES. You can get all the vitamins and minerals you need by eating a diverse rotation of vegetables during your week. Plus it makes things less boring. A good rule of thumb is when ordering a salad ask for no lettuce and tomatoes. Most salad lettuce is particularly empty of nutrition. If there are no other ingredients in the salad, needless to say you should get something else.

(5)GET ENUFF HIGH QUALITY PROTEIN. If you follow the above rules you should be fine with this.

Remember if you eat healthy and eat vegetarian the sky is the limit.
