I'm talking about the so-called pescatarians...that do have a mortality ratio similar to that of vegetarians...but they eat fish. So once again do you consider people who eat fish vegetarian...keep in mind that fish have no souls and are not nearly as friendly and cuddly as dogs, cats, cows, and buffalo...well maybe not buffaloes...

Hey guys I want you to help me help you in being a vegetarian,

First of all, thanks so much for your support. I am honored with the traffic and enthusiasm for this site. I never knew so many people were as passionate as I on being a vegetarian. I do need your help though. I would appreciate some suggestions on article topics, applications, and widgets...what do y'all want to see on this site that could improve it? Remember the goal is make a convincing case as to why the average intelligent dude should convert into being a vegetarian.

This is the introductory blog entry for Vegetarian Man. I'd like to initiate a discussion on vegan protein mixes. Which ones do you prefer? Which ones are the best for your body? Which ones are the tastiest? Which ones are the best for vegetarian bodybuilding? I guess if you can figure out what the professional vegetarian bodybuilding uses then we can backtrack to see if its suitable for the everyday vegetarian man.
